This position will be as a direct employee to Intertec Systems, Inc., which is a Joint Venture between Johnson Controls and Inoac.  The corporate office is located in Troy, Michigan

Responsible for timely and accurate data entry and processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions for Intertec's US entity

Prepare and data entry of AP invoice batches

Matches PO invoices to receivers

Prepare check runs and distribute supplier checks

Researches supplier questions

Prepares monthly accrual entries

Prepare and data entry of customer AR invoice batches

Distribute customer invoices

Applies cash receipts to customer balances

Track and report AR discrepancies

Assist in compiling information for year-end audit

Qualifications

Required:

Education  Associates in Accounting or equivalent experience

0 - 2 years of experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable

Detail oriented, Excel, general software and web proficiency

Desired:

QAD experience

Automotive customer website portal experience
